Kickin' it into gear!

We went to the beach yesterday and I got a bit of a workout running on the sand. I went walking today and burned about 250 calories. I've been tracking my nutrition and it says I don't eat enough. Wow. I don't eat enough fat on a daily basis evidently. So, I'm trying to kick it up with almonds and guacamole and the other good fats out there. It's a bit of an eye-opener when you actually start tracking what you eat. Gives you a chance to see where you need to fill in the holes. Also, I've lost about 3 pounds since I've started this whole thing. But, I haven't been working out. That's pretty much been just with diet. So, now I need to get a bit more disciplined with the exercise and we'll see what happens!
